Our printing facility uses the latest Adobe® JDF and PDF Print Engine Technology, combined with a Xenith Sierra Certified PDF digital prepress workflow to image files directly from Computer-to-Plate. This State-of-the-Art native PDF workflow allows Westendorf Printing comprehensive control over every job and the ability to create 3D color proofs while automating prepress with cutting-edge technology.
Our arsenal of pre-press technology includes:
- (1) Epson Stylus Pro 9800 8-color Ultrachrome digital contract proofer; outputs 24" x 26+" digital proofs
- (1) Dell Precision 1-bit tif print servers.
- (3) 27" iMac 3.4GHz i7 Quad Core Workstations with 16GB DDR3 SDRAM, 2TB ATA Drives and Radeon HD 6970M Graphics Cards.
- (2) Proactive Technologies PC Workstations with 4GB RAM, 500GB Hard drive with Dell 19" Flat Panel Monitors.
- (1) Agfa model T1200 81/2 X 14 Duoscan flatbed color scanner
- (1) Into Print SP1360 color digital printer with output capability of up to 13" x 19" at 1200 dpi
